My Miss 17 mths is growing very fast!  But due to low muscle tone issues in our family, we would like to keep her rear facing for longer.  She's currently in a SNS Royale & weighs just on 10kg.  I've asked before on another forum but can't remember what the height limits are for rearfacing in this seat.  I know that I can't use the shoulder straps in the top slot position but can't remember what the measurements are for the head near the top of the seat.

She has been walking for about 2 months now & her low tone issues aren't as bad as my middle child but I'm still not sure about turning her around any time soon.

I'm considering splurging out & getting a Brio but would need to layby it so hopefully we've got at least a couple of months left in the Royale before we absolutely have to change anything.  I'm also not sure that I would be able to convince DH to spend that much money at the moment either  Roll Eyes

Hi Rochelle Smiley

There is no stated height limit in relation to where the head should sit in the manual. As you know, you can't use the top slot in your seat rear-facing. You can however use the one that is second from top, and as instructed in the manual - the shoulders must be at or below the shoulder slots in the seat. Hope that makes sense.

Hope that helps!
