We have 5 children and a 2001 Previa. Harnessed restraints occupy both  rows middle positions as they are lap belt only (middle has capsule/base and back maxi rider II). This frees up the lap shoulder belts for our older children (8 year old in a full booster, 12 and 15 year olds with seat belts alone). Number 5's graco and base (middle position, middle row) are due back at BOTM as he's nearly 13months. Number 4 rear faced for 2 years in our safe n'sound guardian in that same car position but "posting" her through the tether straps got a bit nightmarish and I would also like to rear face til 3 if I could manage it. I have been wondering about a Brio for that middle seat middle row positon. The middle row moves whenever the end seat is pulled forward to access the back row so couldn't tether to the front seat. Is there a way to tether to the middle seat itself?Huh

I'm pretty sure with the Brio that you can tether to the seat its sitting on. I know if you install them in the front seat they tether to the front seat so it would make sense that you can do it in the back. We have our Brio in the middle seat in our wagon. The lap belt makes the install super tight Smiley

I don't have a Brio, (although they look like great seats!!) so couldn't comment, but your local BOTM person would be able to have a look at the vehicle and see if the install works.  Good luck!!
